Vikaas Gutgutia
Vikaas Gutgutia, is the master mind behind Ferns N Petals, he established in 1994. With an objective to serve world class facility to Indian customers and the highest quality along with widest varieties of domestic & exotic flowers, FNP has diversified into various other flower related fields, the biggest being wedding décor; in less than a decade under his leadership. FNP Group encompassing , FNP Events & Weddings, Ferns N Petals Retail (Franchising & E-commerce), FNP Marketing, FNP Rentals and the latest venture ‘FNP Tahiliani’. Today top celebs, entrepreneurs, key industrialists, designers and politicos of the entire country constitute FNP’s clientele, the list is ever growing.

Meeta Gutgutia is a director with FNP Group since its inception. Being a designer by profession, she has innovation and creative bent to her credit which helps her contributing in décor & design department of FNP Weddings including FNP Tahiliani. She is the backbone of wedding operation team & multitasking abilities help her in taking equal interest in other verticals of the company as well.
Pawan Gadia

Pawan Gadia is the Vice President of Ferns N Petals Group, giving his valuable services to company from 2001. He is responsible for charting strategies for the group and responsible for sales and distribution and handling operations nationally and internationally. He is also involved in the Finance, HR and Admin activities.
He established the Retail and franchising wing and strategizing the retail and franchise proposals and formulated the various franchise offerings and created the support mechanism to sustain and monitor the same. In April 2002 he created the e-commerce department and since then with the innovative ideas and products the website has become the number one online flower portal in the country.
Shikha Thareja
Shikha Thareja(interior designer) is Director Design for FNP Weddings. Shikha has been associated with the company for the past 10 years. Her responsibility involves conceptualization of wedding sets with different themes, and set production.
She is credited with setting up the design wing of FNP Weddings, and is the main brain behind all décor designs produced by the company.
Lalita Raghav

Lalita heads the Events and Wedding planning team. Her responsibility includes business development and client handling; her forte being wedding planning. As a whole she is responsible for organizing the event from conception to completion.
Ashish Boobna

Ashish is the GM heading the operations of Events & Weddings. Creating mammoth structures flawlessly with utmost technical specifications is his forte. He gives his valuable services in wedding operation and sales nationally and internationally.
