The designs symbolize love, joy, and good luck. The groom’s name is also hidden within the design, and he must find it during the wedding night.

Saat Phere is the most important ritual in a Hindu wedding ceremony. It involves the bride and groom taking seven vows while walking around a holy fire seven times. Each vow represents a promise they make to each other, such as taking care of each other, being faithful, and respecting each other’s families.
